George V. Keithan, Jr., President and Founder of Consulting Engineering Services, Inc. (CES) also founded LMG. In 1994, George began CES specializing in mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical engineering. CES has since grown to be the third largest engineering firm in Connecticut and a leader in sustainable systems design. As CES grew, George recognized the need for a reliable company to maintain the systems that CES designed.

LMG was established in 1998. LMG and CES are located in the same facility in Middletown, Connecticut. Together they work to produce an exemplary standard of service, while ensuring an indisputable level of customer satisfaction.

LMG provides mechanical contractor services for the installation and maintenance of HVAC/R systems as well as design and installation of photovoltaics, solar hot water and geothermal HVAC systems for residential and commercial facilities located in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York and Rhode Island.
