Summerville Assited Living

LMG was awarded the HVAC Maintenance contract for these 24/7 health care facilities located in Torrington and South Windsor, CT. LMG provides quarterly preventive maintenance services and around the clock on-call emergency service for both locations. Our preventive maintenance programs are designed to ensure less down time and efficient HVAC operations.
The Olive Garden

LMG currently provides this busy restaurant with several maintenance services including refrigeration and mechanical services. Due to this high output of the commercial kitchen, LMG maintains a stringent HVAC maintenance schedule to ensure proper cooling and ventilation levels at all times.
Private Residence

LMG provides semi-annual preventive maintenance service for the HVAC system and on-site back-up generator at this country estate.

Southern Auto Auction is located on a 300 acre campus, and is the largest enterprise of its kind in the Northeast. Facilities on the campus vary greatly in size and in usage, from Class A office space to full service vehicle reconditioning shops. HVAC maintenance is critical at this facility to ensure proper ventilation in enclosed motor vehicle areas, particularly in the engine repair and auto body painting shops.
LMG works with Enterprise to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs to help them keep up that pace. This contract spans over 50 locations, including it’s headquarters at Bradley International Airport.
